1 cup Pleasantville Muffin Mix
1/2 cup Protein Powder
1 tablespoon Mama Wisa's Cajun Spice Mix
1 1/4 cups of cream
4 ounces of shredded jack, colby, or cheddar cheese
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 325. Combine the Muffin Mix, Spice Mix, protein powder and cream, and stir by hand until completely moist. Gently fold in shredded cheese until evenly distributed throughout the batter. Spoon batter into unlined muffin tins sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. (For the best looking muffins, gently use your finger to press any cheese you can see down into the batter, as cheese will brown quickly during cooking). Bake for 30-40 minutes, checking doneness by pressing gently on tops of muffins. Muffins are done when they are firm to the touch.
