This is a hit in our low-carb house. It is a variation of the famous Focaccia -Style Flax Bread recipe.
1.5 cup golden flax meal, 1/2 cup almond meal, 3 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 cup chopped walnut, 1/2 cup Splenda, 4 eggs, 1 cup oil, 3 tsp. vanilla, 2 cups shredded and chopped zucchini, 1/4 cup almond milk.
How To Prepare:
mix wet ingredients and mix dry ingredients separately. combine. Spoon onto 11 X 17 sheet with lightly oiled silicone mat or parchment. bake 20 minutes @ 350 then check. I usually bake a couple more minutes then cut with a spatula and flip slices over until they cool. dust with more splenda.
