Description:

I make Carbquik Belgian waffles and replace the water and cream called for, with 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup white vinegar. If I don`t have sour cream, then Hoods or heavy cream is OK too. I also put about a tsp of grated orange peel into the batter. This really gives them an interesting kick.
I`ll buy a couple oranges just for the peel. I freeze the grated peel, and juice the orange for fresh juice someone else can enjoy.
