A variation of Weresome\'s flax-almond muffins Flax-almond applesauce muffins

1 cup flaxseed meal
1 cup ground almonds (almond meal or flour)
1 cup FlaxOMeal cereal
1 cup chocolate whey protein (or any flavor)
1 cup sugar free applesauce
1/3 cup oil
1 cup DaVinci syrup (can substitute with water and splenda to taste)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp. baking poweder
3 eggs, beaten
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients and pour into 16 greased or sprayed muffin cups. I use the paper liners and freeze the muffins so the paper can be peeled off. Foil muffin liners also work well.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
