This is pizza!! Real pizza. The crust is crisp and could be thick or thin. Small, very small, aftertaste of pork rinds. Excellent.

EASY and it tastes as close to pizzeria crust as you can get in low-carb in my opinion. I double it and pre-bake it in a rectangle glass baking dish for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Scrumptious as a pizza crust and as a dinner/flat bread substitute similar to focaccia. Good for open-faced sandwiches, too. Try cream cheese and lox. Very satisfying!
