Ingredients: 3/4 cup zero carb soy
1/4 cup flax meal
4 eggs
2 cups cold water
1 pinch salt
1 splenda packets
1/2 tablespoon baking soda

How To Prepare: Makes about 20-22 shells
Mix all together and cook on
a greased non-stick skillett.
Spoon by 1/8 cup
measuring cup onto the hot
pan and form into a circle.
Bigger the pan and amount
you apply the bigger they
will be and the less you will
get out of this recipe.

Cook on first side until it
moves freely in the pan and
then flip over for a few
seconds until cooked on
2nd side. You can freeze
these or they will stay in the
fridge about 5 days.

-add more sweetner &
vanilla or almond extract to
make a desert crape
-mexican seasoning
powder to make tortilla

Tortilla shells
Salad trollups
Desert shells (fill with
whipped cream & twist)
lasagana maccaroni
Manicotti shells
just about anything you can
think of
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 9g carbs total
