1 beef or pork pot roast (I use rump for tenderness and flavor)
1/2 cup cabbage if desired 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 cup water
oil or butter
How To Prepare:
Place roast in crockpot fat side down.
Coat top with veggie oil or butter, sprinkle half the seasonings on top.Turn roast over so it will cook fat side uptop with onions and cabbage if used as well as the other half of seasonings. add water Cook HIGH about 4 hours or for better results LOW for 5-7 Place roast on platter or plate for 10 minutes after cooking before slicing ( but it should just "fork" off) *Use your favorite au jus. Mix the package with meat juices as substitue for water. This makes for a wonderful dipping sauce or simply pour over the roast for flavor. Enjoy
