1 pound of lamb shoulder cut into bit size chunks, 2 onions cut in large peices, 1 green pepper cut in large peices, plain yogurt, salt and pepper, skewers
How To Prepare:
Coat the lamb with yogurt and salt and pepper to taste. Put in the fridge for at least an hour. Place a piece of lamb, an onion and green pepper on the skewer. Keep alternating until skewer is full. When all the lam and veggies are on skewers, put the skewers on the grill .
