Description: In this dish you marinate leftover steak AFTER it has been cooked rather than prior to cooking. A GREAT way to enjoy what would have been leftover dried steak! You can also sub leftover pork tenderloin or boneless skinless chicken breast.
Ingredients: 1 lb leftover grilled London Broil
1/2 cup sugar free orange drink
2 T Teriyaki Baste and Glaze (I use Kikkoman's
How To Prepare: Cut the steak diagnonally into 1/3 inch strips. Put the orange drink and the Teriyaki in a Ziploc bag. Marinate steak in fridge for at least 15 min or up to 2 days. When ready-heat steak in microwave 15-30 seconds for each 4 ounce serving
Number of Servings: 4 4 oz servings
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 3 grams
Preparation Time: prep 15 min, cook 20 seconds
