Description: The tenderest tasty steak bits using the famous chicken-wing dish from Buffalo, NY.
Ingredients: 1/2 pound top round steak, tenderized
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chicken wing sauce (or Frank's Red Hot Sauce)
How To Prepare: Cut steak into bite sized cubes. In a large skillet over high heat, briefly heat 1/2 tablespoon of the butter. Cook meat in butter about 2 minutes on each side or until each side is browned. Remove steak from the heat and sprinkle with salt.

Melt the remaining butter in a bowel, wisk in hot sauce until incorporated.

With a slotted spoon transfer the hot meat to the hot sauce mixture. Toss quickly and using the slotted spoon transfer the meat to a plate.
Serve the remaining hot sauce-butter mixture in a small bowl alongside for dipping.
