CROCK POT PORK GOULASH
1-2 lbs. boneless pork butt cut into 1 inch chunks
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes in puree
1 packet beefy onion soup mix
2 tbsp. sweet paprika
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. caraway seeds
3/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. fresh dill
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients except sour cream and dill in a 3 qt. or large slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours until pork is tender.
Then stir in the sour cream and dill and its ready to serve.
