A standby since the middle of the low carb- love this!
1 pkg. beef stew meat
1/2 jar Ragu Low-Carb Spaghetti sauce
1 6 oz. can mushrooms
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 jar salsa
How To Prepare:
Sprinkle the meat with meat tenderizer & black pepper. Rub on the garlic. Leave set in the frig at least an hour. Now brown in Garlic oil. Drain, add to a pot. To the pot, add mushrooms and spaghetti sauce (MAKE SURE IT IS LOW CARB), and salsa. SLOWLY cook like a stew. Serve over low carb spaghetti or eat with a garlic-fried fried low carb tortilla. Top with the shredded cheese.
