Description:
Ingredients: 1 dozen jalapeno chile
pepper -- fresh or canned
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper -- to taste
How To Prepare: slice jalapenos
length-wise, remove seeds
and veins, set aside


brown ground beef in
skillet, season w/salt &
pepper (you can add other
spices if you like) drain
excess grease mix with
cream cheese
stuff jalapenos halves
w/beef-cream cheese
mixture. fill with enough
mixture to equal the size of
a whole jalapeno or more
(i.e., lots) !
Had these at a party and
was so glad there was
something atkins
friendly I could gnash on!
The cream cheese cools
the hotness of the pepper.
delish at less than 2 g
carbs each!
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 16g carbs total
