Ingredients: 1 pound ground lamb
1 pound ground chuck
1 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 tablespoons onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3/4 tablespoon ground
1 teaspoon thyme
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon allspice --
1 teaspoon atziki Sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 medium cucumber --
grated & squeezed dry
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt -- or as
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon dill
How To Prepare: Mix the meats and the
spices together and
freeform into a loaf in a
baking pan. Bake at 375 for
one hour and fifteen

Mix together sauce
ingredients and refrigerate
(let the flavors
develop) for at least two
hours before serving.
NOTES : Counts for atziki
sauce not included in totals
