Ingredients: 1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 beef bouillon cube -- or
some shakes of the powder
How To Prepare: Shape hamburger into
oblong thicker patties. Fry
gently until brown and done
to your liking. Remove from
the pan, I use an iron skillet,
drain on paper
towels. Then to the
drippings in the pan, add
remaining ingredients.

simmer until it is as thick as
you like, then add the
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 11g carbs total
