Description:
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup pork rinds -- crumbed
1 egg -- beaten slightly
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 cup cheddar cheese,
shredded
1/2 small onion -- chopped
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all
ingredients. Bake 1 hour
Number of Servings: 9
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 13g carbs total
