How To Prepare:
|
Get a large portion of
smoked meat. You can find
the best smoked meat
at a deli/meat shop.
Since the smoked meat is
already cooked, you
prepare this meal in two
way for your pleasure.
Step1
Slice the smoked meat in
long but thin slices(quantity
depends on the
number of people your
cooking for).
Step 2
you may either fry and
season the smoked meat
or season it as it is.
Seasonings include:
tea spoon of Parsley
tea spoon of thyme
pinch of black pepper
**dried garlic bits
**dried onions bits(watch
the carbs)
Once the seasoning of the
smoked meat is completed.
You may then grate
cheese(quantity depend on
the number of people your
cooking for)-any cheese
of your choice.
Step3
Place a portion of the
cheese at the bottom of the
baking dish, then a
slice(s) of smoked on top of
the first layer of cheese and
continue
until all the cheese and
smoked meat is in the
baking dish. Then cover the
surface with cheese.
Step 4
Put the oven on 450 and
cover the baking dish with
foil. Let the smoked
meat and chees bake until
all the cheese has melted.
Then remove the foil
and let the surface bake
until it is golden brown.
***Once that is done,
serve***
Please note that you can
add other meats/seafood
with this dish or instead
of using smoked meat use
other meats/seafood.
Basically make it as you
please.
