How To Prepare:
|
First you take the steak and
make sure its tenderized
and nice and flat and
stretched out. Sprinkle salt
and pepper to taste on the
steak. Meanwhile cook your
bacon to a nice crispness.
And defrost your spinach.
Once your bacon and
spinach is ready, evenly
apply the spinach all over
your pieces of steak, then
layer with Bacon on top of
the spinach. After all that,
grab the bottom of the meat
and begin to ROLL it
upwards (like a jelly roll or
dough) and then once you
have this long rolled up
piece of meat, take your
toothpicks and stick them
all over so as to hold the
meat together. Then
choose the size of the
pinwheels you want to
make and start cutting them
between the toothpicks.
Therefor making the
pinwheels! Layer the meat
on a broiler and bake on
450 for about 20 mins.
Flipping the meat halfway.
Then cook on broil for about
10 mins flipping halfway
through. And keep a close
eye so you dont burn the
meat. Really you can cook
your meat as long as you
want. Depending on how
you like it. After all that take
out and let cool for a few
then chow down. (wonderful
with the sauce recipe
below)
For sauce - Mix in a bowl -
the mayo and the mustard
and the vinegar. Stir and let
set in the fridge for about 30
mins before meal. Then
when the meat is ready you
can dip away and it gives a
wonderful ZING to the meat.
