Ingredients: 2 pounds veal medallions
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter
3 ounces fresh mushrooms
-- sliced
1 beef bouillon cube
dissovled in 2/3 cup
hot water
How To Prepare: Pound veal to 1/4 inch
thickness. sprinkle with
onion salt and pepper. Melt
butter in skillet and saute
veal until well-browned.
Remove veal. Add
mushrooms, bouillon and
water to hot pan, simmer
five minutes. Add veal and
hat until bubbly.
