1 Beef chuck roast 3 lbs
* 1 1/2 cups Tomato juice
* 1/4 cup Wine vinegar
* 1 Garlic clove, minced
* 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 1/2 tsp Salt
* 1 packet Splenda
* 1/2 tsp Basil dried crushed
* 1/2 tsp Thyme dried crushed
* 1/4 tsp Pepper
two small Onion halved
1 cup Carrots chopped
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup flour all purpose
How To Prepare:
Trim fat, cut roast to fit in crockpot. Mix marinade together all * items. Place roast and marinade, veggies in cockpot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove 2 cups liquid, put into sauce pan. Mix cold water and flour. Add flour/water mixture to sauce pan. Whipping the whole time, heat until thick. Serve meat and veggies on a platter pouring gravy on top.
