Description:
Ingredients: 1 7 ounce can of mushrooms, drained, 1 10 ounce package broccoli, 2 eggs beaten,
1/2 cup Dukes mayonaise, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare: cook broccoli according to package directions, remember to salt water. Drain broccoli well, I drain on paper towels after drainging in colander. Mix broccoli, beaten eggs, drained mushrooms, Dukes and shredded cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish or pie plate, bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
Number of Servings: 4
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 26 total carbs, subtract 13 grams of fiber = 3.1 carbs
Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes

Positive aspects of the product (pros): very very yummy!
Cons: can't think of any...

I was saddened to find that my copy of this recipe had been removed from the binder I keep in my kitchen. So I began a search, not for any broccoli casserole...but for THIS broccoli casserole. This one is so simple, and tastes ssoooooo good! Even my nonLC friends & family gobbled it up. So thank goodness I found it again, my heart would have been broken. This recipe is literally one of the best parts of being on LC...try it!!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy, tastes almost as good as the cream of mushroom soup version without all the extra carbs :)
Cons:

Very good! Tastes so close to the broccoli cream of mushroom soup recipe without the extra carbs! I didn't have Dukes mayo but any mayo works just fine. I added lots of pepper and some salt for extra flavour..I bet some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top would be a nice touch! Will definitely make again Smile

Cons: None

SO GOOD!! Just made it and want to plow through it all lol! I used Velveta cheese instead, and didn't precook the broccoli, so after 30 mins at 350 I stirred it and put it back in for 20, stirred again and perfect!
