Ingredients: 10 ounces frozen leaf spinach, thawed and drained
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
2 garlic cloves
whole fresh jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Prepare: In nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion, garlic and jalapenos and sauté until onions are translucent. Stir in cornstarch and mix well. Add broth and bring to boil. Add spinach and stir. Add cream and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer.

Add cheddar cheese and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
