Description: This is basically a sauteed zuccini - simple and yummy!
Ingredients: zucchini - sliced
can of mexican stewed tomatos
shredded cheddar cheese
vegetable or olive oil

All of the ingredient amounts depend on how much you want to make....its not hard to figure out and depends on taste Wink
How To Prepare: Heat up just enough oil to saute zucchini. Once oil is heated add sliced zucchini and cook stirring often till tender. Once tender add mexican stewed tomato cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Check to see that zucchini is fully cooked. Lastly, add shredded cheese to the top and cover for a few more minutes till cheese is all melted. Serve.
Number of Servings: depends on how much u make...easily adjustable
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: not many...its all induction ok I believe
