Ingredients:

1 large tomato
2 plus 1 T. real bacon bits (or 5-6 slices crumbled bacon)
4 T. Mayo
1/2 cup very thinly sliced shredded lettuce (like for tacos)

How To Prepare:
|
slice tomato into 6 slices horazontially. Arrange on a pretty plate. In small bowl mix 2 T bacon bits and Mayo togetheruntil well mixed. Spread mixture over the tomato slices. Top slices with shredded lettuce. Sprinkle lettuce with remaining bacon bits. Serve or keep chilled until ready to eat.
