Description: Makes a Delicious EASY side dish to any meal!
Ingredients: Head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Salt and pepper
How To Prepare: Pre-heat the oven to 425°. On a baking sheet, toss the EVOO; season with salt and pepper and arrange in an even layer. Roast until tender and browned, 20-25 minutes
Number of Servings: 4
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Only for the Cauliflower
Preparation Time: prep time- 5 min, cook time 25 minutes
