Description: Melt in your mouth delicious
Ingredients: Brussel Sprouts
olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic (fresh or powder)
How To Prepare: Wash, trim ends and cut in half. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Place cut side down on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. They will be brown on top and quite dark on the bottom, but that's fine - they're not burned. Sweet and salty. Even if you think you don't like brussel sprouts - give this one a try. It will re-open your eyes about them!
Number of Servings: No matter how many I make - one serving
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 5 net carbs (prox) per cup
Preparation Time: By the time the oven is up to temp, they're ready to go in!
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
