This colorful salad can be used as a side dish with any meat. Can also be used as a complete meal.
1 bag classic blend lettuce
1 bag imitation crab meat (or seafood of choice)
1/4 green bell pepper diced
1 tsp finely diced onion
4" cucumber diced
2 1/2" tomato diced
1 tbsp. mayo
dash celery salt
dash black pepper
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients together.
Cover and return to frig (about 1 hour), stirring occasionally.
