16oz frozen broccoli flowerets
16oz frozen cauliflower
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups mayo
4oz fiesta blend shredded cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 glass pan.
Put frozen broccoli and cauliflower in large cooking pot cover with water, put lid on and cook on rather hi temperature, not so hi that it boils over though. When almost tender remove lid and break up cauliflower some so they won't be so large (about the size of the broccoli flowerets). Let the water cook out of them completely. Add salt and pepper while cooking if you like. In a small mixing bowl mix together mayo, cheese, onions, mustard, and cayeene. Put broccolit cauliflower in greased pan and then spread topping mixture evenly on top. Cook for 25 minutes.

8 for me but can be as much as 12 servings
