Description: This fabulous side is the perfect accompaniment for any dinner- any night of the week, Enjoy!
Ingredients: 1/2 c. whole milk
1 oz. creamcheese
1/4 c. fresh parmesan cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
16-20 medium fresh asparagus spears, ends trimmed
dash of salt, pepper and nutmeg
How To Prepare: To prepare sauce, warm milk in a small pot. Whisk in cheeses until melted and smooth, and remove from heat. Add lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. To prepare asparagus, fill a large pot halfway with water. Bring to a boil.
Lightly blanch asparagus for 3-4 minutes, or until desired doneness. Drain and
serve immediatly with cream sauce.
