Yummy- low carb or not! Never changed a lick since I used to make them- as a pre-lowcarber.
1 can green beans
4 pieces bacon
1 very small onion
salt & pepper
THAT IS ALL!!!
How To Prepare:
Fry bacon until crisp- remove from pan & drain on paper towels until cool but leave the drippings inthe pan. Add onions & saute inthe bacon drippings until transparent or done to your pesonal likeness. Tear up bacons to your liking and add to the onions. Add green beans & heat through. NOTE: You can use pre-cooked bacon instead, but you will have to cook onions & beans in good old butter instead!
Oh yeah, salt & pepper to taste.
