I noticed that when I made this recipe and individually stuffed each mushroom the cheeses all melted out and around the mushrooms anyway so I found a very quick and easy way to make this!
Small white cap mushrooms
8 oz of shredded cheddar
8 oz of softened creme cheese
pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
wash mushrooms, removing stems. In a small casserole dish, spray Pam or grease. Add mushrooms (top up)and stems. In a bowl, combine cheeses with pepper and mix well. Spread or clump cheeses over top of all mushrooms, cover and bake at 350 for 40 min. Uncover and finish cooking until cheeses are browned and bubbly.
