1 large pkg frozen okra
1/2 onion sliced thin
3 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup almond meal(finely ground almonds)
salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
In an electric skillet, add olive oil and onions and sautee until onions are almost brown, add frozen okra and fry until okra is not quite brown, toss in almond meal coating okra and onions and continue stirring until almond meal turns light brown. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
