Ingredients: 2 Bunches Fresh Broccoli
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1/4C Asiago Cheese
How To Prepare: I confess, I stole this recipe from Rachael Ray of the Food Network. It is so very delicious I had to share:

Cut broccoli lengthwise into long srips. Steam. Drain.

In same pan, heat up olive oil and garlic. Cook for approx. 4 minutes.

Return Broccoli to pan with olive oil & garlic. Coat broccoli well. Grate cheese on top and serve immediately.


I used Romano and was just as satisfied with the results.
