This is a simple and good recipe for creamed spinach. We prefer it baked and have always followed the baking instructions. I think it takes a bit longer than suggested, though. It also seems to come out a bit "soupy" for my tastes; perhaps I'm not drying the spinach well enough after washing?

My family loved this. At first my kids were "Eww, YUCK!, Do we have to eat it?" They loved it after trying it. I topped mine with a little lemon pepper and shredded parmasian then baked for about 30 minutes. I also browned low carb tortillias (cut into triangles) in a skillet. We ate it more like a dip. We will make this again!

This was very good- very cheesy- I could eat spinach like this nightly! I can see how this could easily be turned into a "spinach dip" by adding more cream cheese. Good recipe- thanks for posting!
