Ingredients: 2 medium Zucchini -- sliced very thin
1 Egg
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon Ground white pepper
1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 Green onion -- sliced thin
1/2 cup Swiss cheese -- grated
How To Prepare: Put the zucchini in a colander or on towels to drain off the moisture. Combine the remaining ingredients.
Add the zucchini and mix well. Pour into a lightly oiled 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy to make
Cons: not as flavorful as I would have hoped

This was okay. With the mustard and spices and wiss cheese I was hoping for a much more flavorful dish. It wasn't bad, just wasn't great.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): unbelievable! Taste great!
Cons: none what-so-ever

I deleted the prepared mustard and the green onions (didn't have any) and added 2 tbls sour creme and a dash of onion powder. Turned out great! Even the hubby loved it and he is not a low carber. The flavor was not what I expected at all--much better! Recipes like this make low carb dieting a pleasure.
