Wonderful, zesty dipping sauce for shrimp cocktail.
2/3 cup low carb ketchup (I use Carb Options)
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp creamed horseradish
salt and pepper to taste
a couple drops of Tabasco to taste
1 tsp worchester sauce
How To Prepare:
Combine all ingredients in bowl....that's it!
A good tip is to freeze individual portions on an ice cube tray. Pop out the frozen "cubes" and place in a freezer bag. Take out as much as you need, when you need, and defrost.
Number of Servings:
1 net carb per tablespoon
