5 ounces (about 1 cup) frozen or fresh strawberries
4 Tbsp. Sugar free strawberry syrup
1-2 pkts. Stevia Plus - depending on how sweet you like your sauce - I like mine sweet
How To Prepare:
I used frozen berries. Put them in a small pot with the stevia plus and s/f syrup. Let them thaw. Mash. Cook on low heat until most of the syrup is evaporated and they thicken up. It took about 20 minutes. Cool. Then refrigerate any leftovers. This made enough for at least 2 slices of cheesecake to be totally covered.
