3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Real stuff not the kind in the package)
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Butter
1 Garlic Clove
Salt & Pepper to taste.
1-2 Eggs (Depending on thickness required)
How To Prepare:
Over low heat Melt butter in sauce pan. Finely chop garlic and cook in butter. Mix in cheese, stirring a lot to make sure it doesn't burn. Once the cheese has melted down, add cream to the mixture slowly, stirring as you go. Keeping stirring untill mixture is well blended. Crack eggs in a bowl and beat. Take some of the mixture and pour in bowl with eggs to temper the eggs (this is to ensure that you don't have scrambled eggs in your sauce.) Pour egg mixture a little bit at a time into saucepan, stirring. Continue adding egg untll all is in the saucepan. Sauce should be thick now. Add Salt and pepper and you are done. I serve mine over veggies and chicken. Yummy!
