5 cups water
6 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 cup vinegar
8 packages artificial sweetener -- to taste
Cornstarch to thicken (7 gm carb per tsp)
Beef or chicken or whatever meat you prefer
How To Prepare:
Brown or cook the type of meat you choose. Bring water, bouillon cubes, vinegar and sweetener to a boil. Add meat...simmer 10 minutes, thicken and enjoy.
I use 3 tsp. of cornstarch which make it 21 gms of carbs. With about a total carb count being around 28 gm for the whole pot. However this serves 8. NOTES : Counts for cornstarch not included - adjust accordingly.
