6 ounces tomato paste -- (1 can)
1/4 cup artificial sweetener -- Brown Sugar Twin
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry sugar free cranberry jello
2 Tablespoons vinegar -- (I used red wine)
3/4 teaspoon hot sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Liquid Barbecue Smoke®
16 ounces Diet cola (with saccharin) -- Diet Dr. Pepper (1 can)
How To Prepare:
Stir together tomato paste, brown sugar, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and dry jello in a saucepan to blend. Blend in vinegar, hot sauce, worchestershire, liquid smoke and Dr. Pepper and bring to boiling. Simmer until preferred thickness, keeping in mind that the more concentrated it gets, the higher the carb count per serving.
