Thaw a package of frozen spinach in micrwave (the type in the plastic bag works best). Add 8 artichoke hearts, chopped. Add 1/4 cup real mayonnaise and 1/4 cup grated parmesean (not the shaker can variety). Microwave for two minutes, stir and enjoy with pork rinds!!
