24 peanuts (6 g. carbs)
1-9 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (6 g. carbs)
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (0 g. carbs)
2 teaspoons NoStarch ("ThickenThin", available at Atkins site, very good to use for gravies and many other things!!!) (0 g. carbs)
1 1/2 lbs. pork chops ( g. carbs)
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper (0 g. carbs, less if you are a northerner)
1/4 chicken broth (1 g. carbs)
2 tblspns Veg. oil (0 g. carbs)
How To Prepare:
1.) Cut pork into small pieces (pork is easier to cut if partially frozen, about 30 minutes).
2.) Toss pork, soy sauce, NoStarch, red pepper, and garlic in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3.) Heat wok or 12-inch skilled over high heat. Add oil; rotate woke to coat sike. Add pork, stir fry 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add broccoli, stir fry 2 more minutes. Stir in broth; heat to boiling. Stir in peanuts.
