Saute together various assortment of veggie that have been chopped. I used onion, peeled turnip, yellow squash, and broccoli. Steam together. Add left over chicken and let simmer.
Mix 1 can of chicken broth with 1/2 c. flaxseed meal and 1 teaspoon of xanthum gum. Mix well. Fold into the mixture above, adding 1/2 c. cream, 1/2 stick butter, salt, and pepper.
How To Prepare:
Stir mixture every now and then while it simmers and thickens. Make a nice creamy soup with a smooth texture.
