Scramble 1 egg at a time in bowl. Heat 8" skillet on med-high. Coat pan with butter.
Pour egg into pan and spread over entire bottom. Cook till almost dry, flip. Cook till done (30sec-1min). Remove and repeat with remaining eggs.
Brown hamburger and drain the grease. Prepare with seasoning mix according to directions.
Prepare veggies as normal.
Spoon meat onto center of egg tortia. Add grated cheese and other fixins as desired. Fold tortia up and enjoy!
