Layer Spinach on bottom of tortilla. Next, add beef or turkey. Then, add avacado. Top with salsa, sour cream and cheddar cheese!
Besides the tortilla, the avacado and the sour cream have the most carbs. If you are on Induction, like me, i waited until after my 2 weeks to enjoy this. Don't know if it matters, but i did! It is really filling and tastes sooo good! You may omit or add anything that your lil heart may desire! Just make sure to count the carbs! Remember UNDER 20 g a day!
