Tinned asparagus . Thinish slices of Ham so they bend round asparagus. Double cream. Parmesan cheese or Cheddar cheese.
How To Prepare:
Drain asparagus. Take a few spears and roll in a slice of Ham-if using very thin slices then use 2 slices to give some strength . Place in on oven dish in a single layer. Drizzle over with cream-enough to coat the rolls. This will make a good sauce. Sprinkle over with grated cheese-amount is according to taste. Bake at about 350F until browned and bubbling. It is forgiving and if you need to delay serving just turn off the oven. Cooked it freezes well.

1tin may make 4-5 rolls depending on how many spears you put in the Ham.
