Very yummy for a fast low carb meal that the whole family will love.
1 pkg of Tyson pre cooked beef or chicken strips
1 bag precut broccoli
1 small red or green pepper
1 cup cut up celery
1 small onion cut in large pieces
1 small can of mushrooms
3/4 cups Kikoman soy sauce
You can add any veggies you want to make different variations of tastes.
How To Prepare:
Fry meat in large frying pan in olive oil at high temperature. Add 3/4 cups soysauce, add all other ingredients. Stir fry at high temperature until veggies are cooked to your liking. I like mine crunchy so about 10 minutes. If your liquid fries out then just add more soy sauce. I only add pepper afterward. The soy sauce is salty enough that you don't need additional salt.
My hubby likes his on a bed of chicken or beef flavored rice.
