My Japanese friend Katzishiro turned me on to this recipe he and his mom eat regularly. It is surprisingly delicious for how simple it is.
Cabbage (about 1 cup sliced/packed)- make sure it's nice + cold!
tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp FRESH lemon juice (= juice from about 1/2 lemon)
How To Prepare:
Toss and eat up!
Great as a side dish or a snack!

I wouldnt make this again- sorry. It had no taste to me at all- bland and boring.
