Simple low-carb pizza recipe, really satisfies cravings.
Low-carb tortillas (I use Mission, Fajita-sized,wheat, 4 net carbs each)
Lowest carb tomato pasta sauce you can find, or pesto sauce, for white pizza Your choice of cheese (I use 5-cheese Italian or pizza blend) Your choice of toppings(I like to keep it simple and just load mine with pepperoni)
How To Prepare:
Pre-heat oven to about 375.
If you like a crisp crust, brush tortilla with olive oil and toast on one side, before adding sauce and toppings. Otherwise, just spread a teaspoon of sauce over tortilla, and pile on toppings. Its fun to just line up foil sheets, crusts, sauce, chesse, and a variety of toppings and let everyone assemble their own. Place pizzas, with foil underneath, directly on oven rack or baking sheet, and bake in pre-heated oven about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

5-8 carbs, depending on toppings and brand of tortillas used
