2 packages (10oz.each) frozen broccoli spears
1/4 c. butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour to thicken ( I use almond flour or 1 t. xanthum gum for this)
2 teaspoons chicken boullion granules
2 cups cream
3/4 pound sliced cooked turkey breast
1/4 c.grated Parmesan cheese
How To Prepare:
In a saucepan, cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, melt butter, stir in thickner and bullion until real smoothe. Gradually add cream. Cook and Stir for 2 mins or until thickened.
Drain broccoli and place in 13x9x2inch baking dish. Top with half of the sauce and all of the turkey. Spoon remaining sauce over the top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 3-4 mins or until golden brown and edges are bubbly.
